Our ethos, Learning Journeys
We love what we do - and it shows! With years of combined experience, We support the outdoor commuinty, offering advice and training to partners and colleagues.
We build our service as a small high quality provider, to be close to the client, able to adapt programmes to meet needs, we have provision on residentials for 20 to 30 but most of our programmes are for groups up to 16 people.
Our commitment to lifelong learning journeys means we encourage colleagues to get involved in their own development, supporting their own explorations, expeditions and adventures. In that process, we return more able to deliver richer learning and development experiences to clients.
